Looking to update your family photos or create a new, holiday card? Mini sessions are great if you love getting updated images of you, your family, or your season of life, without booking a longer session.

Fall Mini Sessions are PERFECT for changing out the family picture frames and for holiday cards, as well.  We do not offer discounted sessions throughout the year, so mini sessions provide the BEST deal for anyone and everyone.

This year we are offering three different mini sessions in Waxhaw and Charlotte, NC locations. The dates and locations are listed below. We have both morning and evenings available for small and large families. Contact us today if you have any questions!

Are you a dog-friendly photographer?

Answer: Absolutely! If you feel comfortable bringing your dog(s) to the park around other dogs, we are more than willing to work he or she into as many photos as you like. We do ask that you bring a leash along with a small bag of treats to help achieving his or her attention. Here are a few pictures of some of the dogs we met last mini session season! :)

What happens if it rains?

Answer: Sometimes, during October and November, rain can creep up unaware in the forecast. If this occurs, we will reschedule sessions within a 12-hour notice. Both locations we have chosen do have a covering in case of a sudden downpour. We will try our best to reschedule sessions to the following day or weekend, depending on our availability.

How are you responding to COVID-19?

Answer: The effect of this virus has played its toll on many people in different ways. We want to be respectful of everyone that books with us, as well as clients with other photographers. The locations we have chosen are very large and spread out. We sanitize in-between each session just in case we could possibly spread any germs. We do not require our clients to wear masks before or after their session. That is up to the discretion of each individual attending.

How do we access our pictures when they are finished?

Answer: After your session is complete, we send the entire album back via email link. This will take you to an online gallery where you can select up to fifteen photographs from the session.

How long until we receive our gallery?

Answer: We strive our hardest to have all galleries delivered within two weeks of the shoot date. All families that are photographed during our mini session dates are delivered on the same day as everyone else. Unfortunately, we cannot offer rush edits for these galleries.

Can we purchase more than the fifteen photographs included?

Answer: Of course. We encourage buying your entire album for an additional $50. We usually stay in contact after the album has been sent back to see what your family would like to do.

Do you work with very large families?

Answer: Yes! We love large families, especially when they include many generations! We have been family photographers for over six years now and have seen all sorts of family dynamics. However, for mini sessions, we recommend booking either two time slots back-to-back or a full family session (one hour). This allow more time for moving from spot to spot and capturing the very best of moments. Here are a few large families we photographed last mini session season.
